I can take orders with payments by cheque, and will dispatch goods when the cheque has cleared, please email me if you would like to purchase in this way.
Delivery
Delivery is through Royal mail, either with recorded delivery, or standard parcel post depending on size
(UK only at this time).
If you wish to make a purchase from outside the UK please contact me for further details of postage costs.
I will dispatch orders within 1-3 working days.
Returns
I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied please inform me within 7 days and return the item(s) within 14 days with their original packaging, in a secure parcel, in original condition and with proof of purchase. I can then arrange a replacement or full refund.
I regret that I cannot refund postage and I cannot accept returns that have been washed.
